Meet Oregon’s best new local food and beverage innovators at the Oregon Angel Food Grand Finale & Marketplace, to be held at the Redd on Salmon Street, Saturday, September 17th from 1-6pm.

Oregon Angel Food (affectionately known as OregonAF) is so named because one company will be selected for angel investment (“Shark Tank” style) by a group of local investors at the end of the program.

In addition to the OregonAF Grand Finale – during which finalist food entrepreneurs will make their last pitch to investors on the main stage – the entire venue will be taken over by a local food Marketplace featuring craft food and beverage entrepreneurs from around the Pacific Northwest. Sample, sip, buy, or start daydreaming about holiday and host gifting…

The $15 General Admission ticket includes access to the Grand Finale and Marketplace, including the main stage show and food and beverage sampling throughout the marketplace. Also available are a limited number of $75 Taster’s Tickets, which include a curated bag of samples to take home and two drink tickets, along with the regular admission. Entrance is free for children under 12. Additional food and beverages will be available on-site for purchase.

Proceeds benefit the nonprofit Oregon Entrepreneurs Network.

Saëna Baking Co. (Portland, Ore.) is a producer of specialty grain-free baking mixes and pure flavoring extracts for baking and mixology enrichment, under the label Angel Bake. Effortlessly create French macarons with Saëna’s award-winning single-step Macaron Baking Mix.

Mickelberry Gardens (Portland, Ore.) offers wellness products made with raw honey, propolis, beeswax, bee pollen, and medicinal plants. The husband and wife team works with beekeepers and farmers to source the finest Pacific Northwest ingredients available, and crafts a unique Honey Tonics and beeswax-based skin care. 

One Stripe Chai Co. (Portland, Ore.) is a South Asian beverage brand developing drinks inspired by our heritage. Since 2018, One Stripe has combined the rich spices of masala chai with a single origin black tea to create an all natural chai concentrate now used by coffee shops all over the country. In 2020, the brand expanded to include DIY loose leaf blends that introduced South Asian flavors beyond chai.
