AOBIO is a premier PNW life and bioscience investment program hosted by Oregon Entrepreneurs Network (OEN) in partnership with Oregon Bioscience Incubator, OHSU and Oregon Bioscience Association.
Join us for the Angel Oregon Life & Bioscience (AOBIO) Grand Finale & Innovation Showcase, to be held in person on May 26th, 2022, 3-7pm at Amaterra Winery in Portland.
Get in on the ground floor of Oregon’s most important emerging sectors, and meet entrepreneurs literally building the future right now. The event will include a panel discussion with investors sharing their secrets for making smart science investments, and a keynote presentation from Absci founder and CEO, Sean McClain, following his startup’s successful IPO last summer.
Four startup founders in the running to earn an equity investment from the AOBIO investor group (yes, you can still join the investment!) will pitch their companies on the main stage, and this year’s AOBIO Emerge Award, sponsored by Columbia Bank, will be presented. Plus, the Innovation Showcase will feature a selection of some of the most interesting innovations percolating in Oregon right now.
At the end of the day will be the Big Check Moment, sponsored by OBI/OTRADI! AOBIO Investors will announce which of the four finalists have earned their collective angel investment, projected to be as much as $300,000!
All this and delicious wine too. Purchase tickets below to join us for this special celebration of entrepreneurship in Oregon.
