More than 85 food and drink makers from across the region were on hand at the Leftbank Annex on Sunday to give marketplace attendees a taste of their fares and sell a wide variety of products — everything from fine meats and baked goods to fermented products and treats.
It was a veritable smorgasbord of everything needed to throw a delicious holiday party, including jellies, salts, charcuteries, spirits, pickles, krauts, chocolates, cheeses and even decorations and pet treats.
Many of the items were new creations that can’t yet be found in stores.
Eat Oregon Now highlights entrepreneurs and small businesses in food and drink marketplace settings to connect people with all the wondrous food and drink that makes the state unique and inspire food-related gift-giving.
