OEN Member NewsGenki-Su makes list of the 8 most crowdfunded food and drink products in Portland history

Genki-Su crowdfunded its “tart tonic” in September 2013 to the tune of $20,431. It’s a sparkling drink made from coconut vinegar and traditional Japanese ingredients. You can find it in many stores and food co-ops in Portland.
