As business leaders, we must be physically and mentally well to meet and exceed our business objectives. A key success factor is taking time off. In 2018, American workers failed to use 768 million days of paid time off, according to the U.S. Travel Association. Not taking time off is detrimental to our physical and psychological health, both of which are essential to help us reduce stress and thrive in our profession. How can we solve the problem of business leaders not taking their earned time off to protect their health?
